Minimums
A minimum of 24 pieces is required for each apparel order.

Pricing
Pricing is determined for you prior to your order. You may contact us to receive pricing on your order. Please contact our friendly consultants for price quotes.

Payment
Full payment is due prior to the production and shipment of your order. Make all checks payable to: True Design

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express are also accepted. Orders will be not produced/shipped without full payment.

Shipping
All orders are shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground service unless otherwise requested.

Designs
Your Collection Designs may be modified at no cost to you! We also special in creating one-of-a-kind designs for our clients from scratch. We can also create new designs based on your ideas. Actual ink colors may vary slightly from those shown.

Custom designs: You will be thoroughly consulted regarding your design project. You will receive an price quote based on your design specifications. Design time is $40 per hour. All designs must be approved prior to the production of your order. All designs created by True Design are © Copyrighted and remain the property of True Design, Inc.

Personalization
If you would like to personalize your apparel with names or Greek letters, you must have a minimum of 12 garments per personalization group and add $1.50 per shirt.

Order Turnaround
All orders are based on your needs. When ordering please provide us your event date and the date you wish to have your order to arrive. Typical orders have a 2-3 week turnaround from the time you contact us to the time your order arrives to you. Please contact us to determine your turnaround time.

Returns
SororaSwirl must be contacted prior to returning any merchandise. Claims must be made within five days of receiving your items, and only unused merchandise is acceptable for return.

Cancellation
An order that is already in production (being printed, embroidered or otherwise embellished) may not be canceled. If an order in pre-production is canceled, the customer will be charged for the services and/or materials which have been ordered or used prior to the time of cancellation.
